28/2 Paige: Hey Vicki the sellers price is about $200,000 of what the market value is, he has another agent come in and say he could get the price but I'm positive the other agent is just trying to buy the listing I told him to get another opinion , I said mid to late $500's and that was being generous he said he told other agent he wanted $720,000 and other agent said he could get it but again no way is it gonna happen
