23/3 Shantalla Seemed to go well with Peter yesterday, we spoke in the afternoon and he said he was happy with my proposal and will call me today once he has seen the lawyers. Very positive.

9/3 Shantalla: Just wanted to give you a quick update. I have called Peter and spoken with him yesterday, this was scheduled. He is not coming to Maitland until the end of the month now. He has agreed to another follow up call and will let you know when the appraisal is booked.
