20/9/23- The client signed the agreement with us however he has not transferred the management over from the current agent. I am due to touch base early next week for an update on when he plans to transfer over.
26/6/23 The client signed a management agreement with us however he went on holidays and have tried to call him to confirm the next steps however has not returned my call. I had a note in the file to follow the client up this week.
CLIENT USING CARMELO 2/3/23Management Agreement has been signed. Previous agent secured tenant. We will look to transfer over to SF when client returned from holiday.
