8/3 Rose: Please note I have appraised the property and have emailed Waffa the appraisal letter accordingly which has now been submitted to her legal representative. She has advised today that I am her nominated sales agent. I will certainly keep you updated 😊



 

6/3- Sugath:   I inspected this property on Saturday. It is right next to the powerlines and the house will have to be demolished as they cannot provide any compliance certificates etc (this was done as owner builder).

This will cost about 25K for whoever is going to buy it. We are not interested in this deal. In my honest opinion it is just the land value. I may not be the right agent for this client. Sorry Vicki, its better to be upfront.
