STEPHEN AUG 24 - I’m still contacting her but I haven’t heard back from her in a while. I always follow up with prospective sellers until they tell me they are no longer selling or listing with someone else. Hopefully this will still come good at some point!

APR 23 - tried to contact her by phone all seemed well said i would sent market reports to her and proposal, text and email as well as followed up twice since- spoke initially the I sent an update and I never was able to reach her again

 Spoke to her, sent full appraisal, asked to speak to her in a few days after she had time to review, called her and text her yesterday- no response as yet

ILONA - JUL 23 - I haven’t spoken to this lady in a very long time. I was unable to get access to appraise the property as the tenant refused it and the on-site manager wouldn’t return my calls. I assumed he wanted to sell it.
