lachlan -Hi Natalie, Ive been to the apartment today and inspected with the tenant. It is very cluttered and doesnt present at all well (40yo single male living there). Ive left a message for Michael to give me a call but would be thinking $350k would be max. Another in the building, on the same level is asking $350,000 - $380,000 but has a car space. Michael's does not have a car space.


 Hi Natalie, I think Michael is about $50,000 - $80,000 heavy on what he'd like to achieve after I spoke with him on the phone last week. I have however arranged a time with his tenants to inspect on Wednesday so I'll see if my assessment changes after that.
