FED - Good morning Natalie, sorry for the late reply but yesterday was a public holiday here in Western Australia. I spoke to Jobin and sent him a comparative market analysis and our fees for him to review. However, he did mention he is still a few months from his property being ready, so I will follow up later today, as he is currently not answering his phone; thank you, Fred.
