4/10/24- I messaged you in the portal unfortunately they can't sell as the have pension implications


3/10/24 re engaged with client contacted agents again Monica confirmed they are not going to sell due to pension implications.


23/11/23- called Monica she advised she has decided that they will not be selling.

24/7 Nick: i have contacted Monica to advise i have just sold number 10 in her block, no answer yet.
