5/6/24- Tony Brown trying to keep in touch but she still is priced too high
30/6 Tony Brown: waiting on RP Data to update this property and will call the client not worth what she wants due to the size.
31/3 Tony Brown- said these are so narrow and the owner wants over 3 mill, you can buy a sprawling 5 bedroom house for that wont get it.
She is now ghosting Tony not answering because of what he told her. (This is a very new product breaking new ground but over priced and she has to spend big money on marketing to go for that price)
