21/3/23-Appraised the property last week, difficult to be definitive as it's definitely a work in progress, nice views, solid house, however not a lot of yard space, a lot of maintenance with the front retaining wall and area. Whilst client is renovating it has a long way to go. Said I will call back in a few months. She said they may or may not sell end of year.
10/03/2023 - Ritesh: Called in, does not want anything further - they will sort. Wasn't impressed with agent but also said they had numerous other agents contact, possibly his wife making enquiries
