2/8/23- Adam Stefan: Chris & their solicitor asked me to send through the formal appraisal a little while ago. Bit of an odd situation going on. Have followed up to see if they need anything else.
31/3- Adam Stefan: Haven’t heard anything back from them.
Was a really weird appraisal where the seller wasn’t even there and extended family that live there just showed me through.
