16/3- Mark Harley: HI Vicki, just touching base. I went back and sat down with Stuart yesterday and went over the appraisal, went very well I thought, provided him several tradesman people to get the property ready. They are waiting for probate which was lodges some weeks ago but ive had a couple lately taking 3 months but i did tell them it can go on and be subject to probate. So waiting to hear back. I'll be in touch.
