16/8 Ian:  Still no contact back from Ilona and many attempts to call and sms her. I originally had contact with her when I went to the property months ago...met her boyfriend there. The property isnt in her name. The property is in need of a lot of TLC, has a major power easement through the middle and unfinished buildings with tonnes of rubbish to be moved. Advice from the boyfriend was he was going to clean it up but haven't heard from him either.

 not in her name first of all Mohammad her friend, or partner very difficult land to sell a major power line runs thru the guts and she has some illegal frames up and access to property is pretty bad 4WD worth around 200k will be a difficult sale.

29/3 Ian:  Tried calling her last week a couple of times and sent text messages with no response. So I just tried her again and she answered…I’m heading there this afternoon for an appraisal at 4pm.
