12/04/2023 - Hayley AD: 14 Evan Street - Appraised, and since then no response from the owner's daughter Anne, who is our point of contact. To be honest, on the day we met them,Anne and her father, Anne really didn't want to talk with me at all. I have a feeling they have already listed, (can you follow up for me)

Debbie: our office has had contact with Allan 4th May 2022.. Eric our director spoke to him as recently as 21st Feb where Allan said he was going into hospital and not sure when he would be out. Can send you notes if need be. HAVE REQUESTED COPY OF APPRAISAL.
