6/2/24- Agent: A long one! Still on market. Multiple offers at $150k to $160k but they are 100% not budging from a min $165k

I have. Investor driving to Whyalla very keen on Sat.

John: 29/5/23 Vandeluer wants to come is this with another agent of Market, so basically she wants me and another agent working for her to sell her property. She wants 170 K that’s possible. I will approach all of my investors and I’ll certainly try off market with the potential to get it on market.

3/5 Craig:  Completed Appraisal on the property but have tried to reach Vendor on several occasions but no response since the appraisal report. I have also not noticed the property come to market so I am assuming they decided not to sell.

I called Ingerborg twice on Friday and she called back Saturday! She extended the tenants lease by 6 months May to Oct and on top of this she is heading over seas until May.

She is still keen to sell even whilst the tenants is in and she was happy with our persistence and follow up and price guide $135k to $160k16/3  Had a good chat with the owner, we will email and take it from there. She is in no hurry but feels it is time for a chamge. John
