In regards to 135 Sebastian Road, Sebastian VIC 3556 Linley the vendor has just advised that her son is hoping to purchase her property so she has out everything on hold. If he cannot get finance then she will come back to me to re-engage your services. Apologies about that. I will advise either way once I hear back from her.
