Leased property currently on a month to month lease tenants are paying $300 per week (Ray White Manage). 3 bedroom house, updated, large block, he is paying 6.6% incl gst management fee but is not happy with the level of service.
Wants to speak to other agents to compare service and fees (looking for cheaper) but he may also want to sell so looking at sales appraisals, not sure what to do at this stage, pls contact for discussions.

05/04/2023 - Mohit contacted multiple agents looking for the cheapest commission. He is ideally looking for an agent to take over management of the property. He told me that if we did a stupidly low commission for ,management that there might be a chance to sell the property later in the year, but also at a low commission. I have not has any further contact since.
