28/07/2024 - Stefan: No update I’m afraid, Tim mentioned his Dad had cancer and they decided against selling while he is comfortable at home. Tim was very good, explaining they would definitely be in touch in due course
28/07/2023 - UD to Stefan: was delayed, father was ill, so put a hold on temporarily, Stefan was given the green light.
4/04/2023 = Stefan: have been notified by Tim that they would prefer to list and sell with me which is great news.
Sadly Tim’s Dad has had a health setback and they’ve pushed back any moving in the short term, but Tim said he would get back in touch as soon as they are ready.
