24/8/23 Stephen:;I have stayed in touch with Garry all over winter thinking he was going to put his house on the market in spring 2023.

Unfortunately his wife is still enjoying living there so it will not happen this spring .

On a positive note he has assured me he will be in touch and that he is happy with everything I have provided him with to date.

10/5/23 Stephen:  Have approached Garry with an interested buyer prepared to offer $1,250,000 120 days …… However Garry and his wife are not ready to begin the process until spring.Garry has said to stay in touch and contact him in 2 months. I feel confident he will go with me!

12/4/23 Stephen:  Hi Vicki, Garry has my formal marketing strategy presentation and we will stay in touch leading to a Spring 2023 launch. He commented that he was very comfortable with my presentation and we will firm up his selling price closer to spring 2023. Best Regards, Stephen
