Hi Natalie…thanks for your e-mail…I have been updating the RE agents that have kept in touch wrt our situation when they have enquired.

My 97 year old M-in L is still living in the property (despite a serious health scare last month)

Time will tell and we take it day by day; week by week; month by month all of which seem to fly by slowly in some ways and rapidly in others.

We are all only a heartbeat away from what might be our last breath (or a breath away from our last heartbeat) and when that time comes for Jean, as it will, we will engage with one of the agents that have maintained an interest in helping with this property.

gary - Hi Natalie, Happy New Year to you too. My 96 year old mother-in-law is starting a 3 month trial in a residential facility this week.

If it proves suitable the family will be selling the property this year.

If not we are back to square one.

When the time comes we will go with one of the agents who came and saw us last year. Cheers Gary
