25/9/23- chris caineSome months ago, the owner advised they would ideally be renting to a family member. No further update from us at this stage,


21/6/23 Chris Cain": Appraised. Owner mentioned she has a tenant yet may require management which we are happy to undertake. Recent follow up with owner has not been successful with no response.


3/4  Hi Vicki,   My rental team met with Catherine on Friday evening.   She is looking for management only and has had other quotes with low fees, so we know this is important to her.
