Our vendor has accepted a contract for $606,000 on their family home and we have just passed the cooling off period. We are now “under contract” with a finance clause to be satisfied in the contract (buyer has until 20/6/23 to obtain tehir full unconditional finance approval).


The settlement is scheduled for Thursday 6/7/23 in the contract (this will be confirmed once finance approval has been received).

photos are booked for Thursday 18/5/23 with property scheduled to be launched on Monday 22/5/23. Thanks, Darren

I have spoken with the vendor today and they have experienced some delays in getting the home ready for sale (council earth works in the street restricting access to skip bins etc.). They should be ready to launch the home to the market in a few weeks and I have made a diary note to follow up in 2 weeks for an update. Thanks, Darren
