Michael Courtesy call to John today the 29th July 2024, and he has no intention of selling


I spoke to John this morning to follow up the CMA report that I emailed to him but he advised me that he has discussed this with his wife and they are not selling now.


He said that they were going to hold onto it until “he kicked the bucket” and his wife would pass onto the children as an inheritance

 **Michael: yes but agreed 10% as its a bush block low value around 50k and he charges a flat 3%fee

I have had a call with John, it appears he is going to see what happens with other agents you have referred before he makes a decision on which agent.

I have emailed him a selling authority and a price guide, knowing I have just sold lot 37 which settles next month for $56,100.00.
