Michael: Hi Vicki, I spoke with Dylin. Apparently the tenants wanted to do a tidy up before anybody goes through for an inspection so she suggested going to do the appraisal on the week commencing Monday, 17th April. As it turns out, I know the tenants personally and I told Dylin we could look past any mess at the property. Dylin messaged me a few minutes after our conversation to say that she is going to FaceTime her tenants in a few days to look around the house and then she will get back to me. Thanks, Michael.
