27/09/18 - Vendor emailed, "I do not require any further assistance."

09/03/18 - Geraldin (vendor) replied, "I have decided not to put my property on the market for the time being."

26/10/17 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned that both Dean Hamilton and Rochelle Adgo have been in contact. Dean has appraised and she will be calling Rochelle back to organise an appraisal if need be. I mentioned I would call back in about three weeks time. Vendor quite happy.
