4/10/23- Sacha:  I have also listed 27 Great George, but not via the person below. He was not the owner. In fact the home ended up with receivers who have appointed me after interviewing a number of agents.

27/09/2023 - Sacha: Looking for mid to high $3ms, but given is now with a receiver, and wasn’t finished as I would have liked to have the property presented, will be doing well to get to the top end of this.

16/08/2023 - Crolione: this is closed for me / Oh thanks Mark, they said they would complete, and not sure.

I will follow them up7/08/2023 - Sacha: They said they’d be done in a week. I think this is optimistic. 

4/08/2023 - Sacha:Reappraised today

11/07/2023 - DEC to contact: Not yet Mark as property is being renovated

6/7 Sacha- Said the contact is the financier, she recommended they finish the house and then sell it as it was a build in progress, she drives past to see if any action there not sure whats going on maybe Mark can follow up. vf

7/06/2023 - Caroline AD: Jason Sammut has said that they are considering completing the build prior to going to market

21/4/2023- APP tom Josh + Caroline / confirmed

Sascha: I have, they have referred me to a receiver. There are a bunch of agents vying for the listing
