6/04/2023 - Adrian: I just spoke with Nette. That's a hard one she paid $480,000 for it in 2017 and there are other comparable one bedroom's for sale at $400,000 to $440,000 with other agents that have been on the market for a couple of months now unsold. She told me McGrath and George Brand told her $520,000 to $550,000 and I don't believe her however I didn't say that to her. I politely told her I wasn't confident I could help her and get what she paid for it let alone in the low $500,000's and I said I'd have to bow out and wished her sincerely the best of luck with it.
