18/3/25 Under contract to a building company that has a contract with Homes Victoria to build social housing but has a due diligence clause till August


2/8/24--Hi Vicki The purchaser is Homes Victoria and they have asked for an extension to the due diligence till 16th Sept with supplement 30th October

Extension has been granted
