4/5/23 Damien met him this week nice property, realistically worth between 3.5-3.8 mill gave him diff scenarios, and gave him a rental proposal for long term rental 6 months, he thinks he may sell within the next six months.

5/5 Josh : Hope you are well. Graham did ring me back this week and by chance he was in the area, and I popped in to see the property. As discussed, there was another agent suggesting $4M dollar range in which there are no comparable properties to show this figure is achievable in todays market. I have provided Graham with a report as he requested and am awaiting his response to see if he has any further questions.
21/4 Josh: Perfect thanks Vicki. I will keep you in the loop and thank you for thinking of me. I have another listing hitting the market today (likely) in Pretty Beach which Graham my find interesting and relatable in a lot of ways.
Funnily enough I grew up in this house at 134 Araluen Drive! Ha-ha.
