ANDREW -Spoke to John on 18/4/23. He asked me to send him my contact details as he wanted to look into the lease situation with tenants and then get back to me. Rang again today 3/5/23 and left a follow up vmail.
He has asked me to email him my contact details which I’ll do now.
He just said that he needs to look into whether the tenants are on a lease or not and then revert back to me.
I told him that we can assist in project managing some presentation works to help him achieve a higher sale price.
