13/03/2024 - Hannan : Agree – I feel they have a strong relation ship with Stella Gankin and were always going to go that way they just shopping around.

8/03/25024 - Hannan: We meet with steven a couple of weeks ago, he is talking to three agents one of which they have a long standing relationship. Tried to follow him up he said he had covid and would get in touch when he is better. Tried to follow up again today.

20/01/2024 - Hannan: I have spoken to Steven a few times was supposed to meet him this weekend, but he now extended for 1-2 weeks due to his sister needing to clear out the apartment. I have heard that they have spoken to a few agents and the sister has a strong relation ship with another agent so not sure how much of a shot we have here. Will try my best.

2/1/24 Andre spoke to STeven b4 christmas, he does not feel he is the decision maker, his sister has been speaking to LJ Hooker and they quoted her 2.9 mill, Andre does not think it is worth that around 2.3 mill, he does not think Steven is decision maker. ********

8/5 Andre Frack has provided Steven with a letter for probate just waiting on that to come thru.
