VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS / $1.6M vs $1-$1.1M
Has been looking for agents that sell in upmarket suburbs, not where property is, as they deal with wealtyhier clientelle - llocals all know him and won't list at the prices he wants
1/05/52023 - Geoff: Ive been in contact with Jamie and done an appraisal. He will only sell if he gets $1.6m. The property has a current market value of $1.1-1.2m.
Unfortunately this one wont happen, but as we both know motivation can change. I'll stay on him and if anything does change I'll let you know.
Clayton: declined, not his area and feels client would probably want too much
