Agents are not interested = Building is not ready 

12/5/23 John PyeNo one other than his hated Ray White has access to the property until settlement. So, once settlement occurs a helpful phone call could assist. This will be in 3 months.

In all I reckon I have spent 3 plus hours talking to Wolfgang. We filled out an agency agreement as he agreed. He took it away for the weekend and called me last Monday. He then wouldn’t sign it and said an agent does nothing and that he manages all his properties himself. There is still one chance in a thousand that we might one day find him a tenant.

4/5 Wolfgang will sign an open agency agreement tomorrow. He is obviously putting it in the hands of several agents.. Not ideal, but we will do our best and will let you know if we are the successful agents to lease it. He doesn’t own the property yet and we don’t have access to the inside. So, all quite difficult and risky as prospects we talk to may go to someone else to sign the lease.
