22/5/23 Robbie. Another agent won the listing as he was recommended by Sundar's friend. That agent has worked for his friend and sold before so Sundar decided to stay with his friends referral. Unfortunate, I was 2nd on his list over the other agents.


11/5 Robbie: Sundar has had a few problems with the property so now he is stating 2 weeks or so before it can go to market.

8/5- Client only met with Robbie James as he had another two already will be making decision end of week.
