Scott - Appraised today. Met with Warwick and his wife. Are hoping for $650,000. Told them a list price of $620,000 - $660,000
BEN JAMES - 've managed to get a hold of Warwick. Going through the process with solicitors. They haven't made a decision yet on which agent and he has not disclosed his own preference, he said he may leave it up to the sister or put his opinion in when everything with the solicitors is complete.
Will give you another update when I speak with him again. He said it was fine for me to continue speaking with him but not to hassle.
