MAY 24 - We had an offer late last week but it was too low for the Sellers. We still have good, consistent interest in the property.

NOV 23 - We have a had a couple of offers and interested parties but still nothing overly promising just yet. We just reduced the price as we wanted to keep things moving in the right direction. 

Tiffany JUN 23 - Also I spoke with Chris Edwards again. He is in the process of tidying up the block so we can go to market.

may 23 - I've just provided Chris with a written appraisal for the vacant 3 acre lot as requested.



Chris phoned me back yesterday afternoon. He only wants an appraisal done on the block of land at this stage so I told him I will have that to him by tomorrow.As far as the house goes, he said they are in the middle of some renovations and not really ready to do anything with it at this stage but he will let me know when they are.

MARK - Hi Natalie, Yes I did. Really nice guy. He didn't require an onsite appraisal as they are a little way off selling but was chasing some general info about selling sometime in the future. Regards Mark sdrealty
