Unfortunately no news. I have tried to contact vendor but not getting any response. She said she'd be here june or July but it has been a cold winter. Maybe Spring will help.

I'll let you know once I speak to her tomorrow.

- I provided an appraisal for Sonja Nazor and her family yesterday.

Sonja spoke where highly of you, and I thank you for the nice referral.

Sonja, had decided not to contact the other two referrals, which is nice, as they were slow to get back to her.

The property will not be going to the market until July or August, once the family can clean and remove their personal belongings.

I will keep in touch with them until that time they decide to go to market.
