17/05/2023 - David: Just an update, all 3 agents have confirmed their on-site meeting Thursday June 1; I will confirm which agent can provide the best outcome not necessarily the highest sale.

11/05/2023 - David: Many thanks for your prompt attention. I have had 2 calls so far and I have outlined my intentions to both and requested that they email me their details (which I will acknowledge). They both know that I need to coordinate my affairs here and expect that I will be able to be on-site in 2 -4 weeks, arranging with each before hand to inspect. Once I have met 2 or 3, listened to what they say along with what they propose I will make a choice advising the others of such. From what has been said I believe the property will sell quickly and possibly at a higher price than what I was expecting.
