Mark Larmer: 12/05/23. PM is Reliance in Gungahlin. He called them yesterday, but they did not call him back, so that’s when he decided to research for another agent. I'm the first person he has spoken with. He said he might get another agent to compare fees, however, he sounded keen to use me at the end of the conversation. i told him we sold the development off the plan and i have all of the floor plans so can accurately value it without seeing it which he was impressed with.
