11/01/19 - Spoke to James, not selling, still worried about the market
23/01/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned that he had apparently signed a contract with his property Manager at Rockhampton property for a 90 day period that he was unaware of and mentioned this is due to expire 20th April according to them. Vendor is not happy with this agency and noted he wants to change. I mentioned I would call back start of April to follow up on everything.
10/01/18 - Agent Natarlee advised she spoke with the vendor who is changing rental management atm
08/01/18 - Agent Angela accepted the referral
