25/10/23 Julius not in Real Estate, DAVID MCLEOD TAKING OVER


11/9/23 Deb:  Made contact a few times and he is undecided about selling. Another agent told him a much higher figure....expect buying the listing!!


8/6/23- Deb EIS:  Spoke to Peter at length. He is not going to do anything at the moment. Thinks it is worth more than what estimate came in at. Also had to finalise certificates of completion after I suggested checked if the studio has been approved. Was not based on council records from my research...and he is sorting this out. Will hold on selling at the moment.



I have tried to make contact with Peter and left a message. No response at this stage. Believe he has to discuss with other parties who are also the owners.Will keep you updated once have more news. 5/6 Deb EIS
