13/09/2023 - UD to Joe: Nothing as of yet sorry. Romeo is hard to pin down and sort out. I tried to get the number for his caretaker but he wanted to pass on my number instead so haven’t heard from them as of yet.
15/08/2023 - UD to Joe: Not as of yet. Romeo had a car accident and never came up this way but he was going to pass my number onto the carer of the property and meet them there to arrange the appraisal.

Joe: yes spoken with Romeo and he was due to try and fly up this week but hasn’t so far so assuming it may be next week so he can show me the property
