10/10/19: Spoke to Ben (vendor), hasn't start building yet, sill in council waiting for permits, to CB in a year
10/10/18: Spoke to vendor, development on hold for now. Asked me to call back in 12 months and he will be ready to go then, I suggested to call back in 9.
