6/11/23- DV situation very bad Agent is saying he paused this as the ex wife called him to say that he was in no way allowed to make contact with Peter there was an AVO against him and was going to court. She would be in ctc at a later stage.

he also paid out a 1k referral fee to the neighbours as they referred Janine to call him at a later stage so what he is saying did not contact her off our referral. vf
