 Went really well, built some great rapport. His a analysis by trade and I havent been able to clos the deal this morning as we met at the property at 8.30am. He wants a descriptive email. His sister and Terry will be the decision makers and they are interviewing 5 agents. Ill be fast and diligent and do everything in my power to win this listing. It’s a beautiful property and he said he will come back to me next week. Ill ensure to have a follow up track on him just in case he doesn’t call. Will keep you posted

Called Terry Morris on 25 May 2023 at 4:42 pm. Had a fantastic chat and this is a referral from which Real Estate. He is relocating his father who owns this property and it’s a two bed two bath, two car space he has no idea on what he thinks it’s worth. He has asked me to call him in two weeks time as they are just starting the process of getting his father out and into a nursing home or a retirement home.
