29/11/18: Spoke to vendor who mentioned he has canned the idea of selling. I noted we would call back mid-late next year to see if anything has changed.
05/04/18: Vendor advised is waiting to find a property to buy first before he gets the agents to appraise his property

24/01/18: Agent Peter emailed, "Have contacted your referral and they are not quite ready yet and were not really expecting calls this quickly but had a good chat and if and when they are ready should be able to get through for an appraisal…Seems it will rely on another property they are interested in but yet to view… Will be in touch when I know more"
