CHRIS - Dear Natalie, Thank you for the heads up, I greatly appreciate the opportunity. Eero, however, came across as quite reserved during our phone conversation. He did not seem eager to communicate much, except to state that he wants $400,000 (notably, the highest sale in the complex so far is $337,000). His property rents for $370 per week, which seems to be under market value, and it's rented out until October. When I suggested arranging a Zoom meeting, he abruptly ended the conversation. Nevertheless, I have sent him an SMS with the link to the Ming St Marsden testimonial about a successful sale handled by our team (this lead was from your team).
