OCT 23 - I apologise for the delayed reply. There has been minimal buyer activity the past 3 month listing G10 until last week there was a buyer viewing on Tuesday and there is an additional interested buyer booked in to view G10 next Monday afternoon.
The seller has just signed a listing extension for a further 3 month period.
I look forward to providing an update when an offer is made on the property.
