Rachael: My last touch base with Sue was in mid September. At that time she said they are targeting to get the house ready by the end of November but she doesn't think it's going to happen. Renovation and putting things in storage is taking them a long time. I'll touch base with her again next week.
Lily: Thanks Mark. I will follow up again. The last I spoke to her - she said she is still doing renovations and she will call once she has completed. Will let you know thanks for following up.
13/06/2023 - Rachael: I've connected with Sue by texts. They are not ready to do an appraisal yet as her husband would like to finish the renovation first. They are targeting October. I will get in touch in August and keep you posted.
1/06/2023- Lily: I have spoken with Sue yesterday. She like to meet next Monday afternoon which has been arranged. She is happy for one of my colleagues to meet her first to appraise and advise as I am away next couple of weeks. I shall see her when she returns.
31/05/2023 - Rachael: I tried to call this afternoon, didn't get through. Will call again tomorrow to arrange a time
31/05/2023 - Sue: Ive heard from Lily already. Coming out next week to look at our property.
