14/06/2023 - Poppy: Nomtha will be contacting me tomorrow with a decision whether she wishes to proceed with our services. A reminder email has been sent to her and calendar note made.

8/06/2023 - Claire: Called Nomtha. She answered but asked if she could call me back later. Its likely I wont hear back as contact with her has been hard.

Poppy: I attempted to call earlier in the week, no reply to phone call or email sent. Attempted again this morning and got through to her, she has asked for fees to be sent through as she will be comparing agencies. To follow up early next week.

7/06/20213 - Claire: Spoke to Nomtha 5/6/23 7pm Attended property 6/6/23 text Nomtha some photos as an update (not sure if local to see herself) and tried to call but no answer. 7/6/23 called left VM and followed up with email.
